Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• Enrollment and payment details: course selections, payment status, and transaction references from our payment partner (we do not store your card or UPI details ourselves).
• Usage data: attendance, quiz and assignment activity, progress, and live-class participation (including camera/microphone state where you enable them).
• Inquiry-form data: name, email, phone, qualification, and programme interest, if you submit an inquiry or free-course registration form.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, and log data, used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use this information

• To create and manage your account, and provide access to purchased courses and live classes.
• To send OTP verification, password-reset, payment receipts, and course-related communications.
• To record live classes for publishing to your enrolled course, and to support attendance tracking.
• To respond to inquiries submitted through our registration and free-course forms.
• To improve the Platform and troubleshoot technical issues.

3. Live class recording

Live classes are recorded by default and published to the enrolled course. You'll see a recording notice before joining a live session. If you have concerns about being recorded, contact us before your session.

4. Sharing your information

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Platform — for example, our database host, email delivery provider, video-infrastructure provider, and payment processor — solely to provide their respective services to us. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We retain account and course data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Your choices

• You can opt out of promotional messages at any time (transactional messages like OTPs and receipts will still be sent).
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to our legal and operational retention needs.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
