These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Xceltrials Academy of Clinical Research platform, including our website, mobile-accessible web app, live classes, recorded sessions, courses, quizzes, assignments, and certificates (together, the "Platform"). By registering for an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Xceltrials Academy of Clinical Research ("Xceltrials", "we", "us") operates the Platform for medical research education, covering clinical trials, medical devices, in-vitro diagnostics (IVDs), and AI in clinical operations.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

3. Courses, live classes, and recordings

  • Course access, schedules, and content are as described on the Platform at the time of enrollment and may be updated to improve quality.
  • Live classes are recorded and published to the enrolled course for later viewing.
  • Course completion, quiz, and assignment requirements must be met to receive a certificate where applicable.
  • Course completion does not itself guarantee employment, internship placement, or hiring outcomes.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through our third-party payment partner (Razorpay). By making a payment, you agree to that partner's applicable terms in addition to these Terms. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content, live classes, or recordings without written permission.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt live classes, harass other participants or instructors, or misuse the Platform's chat, screen-share, or recording features.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, course pricing, or account restrictions.

6. Intellectual property

All course content, recordings, materials, and branding on the Platform are owned by Xceltrials or its licensors. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access that content for your own learning during your access period.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Xceltrials is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including outcomes related to internships, hiring, or career progression, which depend on factors outside our control.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
