Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

1. Instant digital delivery

Upon successful payment, access to your purchased course — including live class schedules, recordings, resources, quizzes, and assignments — is granted immediately to your Xceltrials account. No physical delivery, shipping, or courier is involved.

2. Accessing your course

• Log in to your Xceltrials account and go to My Courses to see everything you've purchased.
• Live class links and schedules appear under Live Classes once a session is scheduled.
• Recordings are published to the course within approximately 12 hours of a live session ending.

3. Certificates

Course completion certificates, where applicable, are issued digitally within your account under Progress → Certificates once completion and assessment requirements are met, and can be downloaded as a PDF.

4. Delivery issues

If you completed a payment but don't see course access in your account within a few minutes, contact academy@xceltrials.in with your payment reference and we'll resolve it promptly.
